In addition to being a physicist, I am also a (sometimes-compensated) violinist. My interest extends beyond appreciating the sound of stringed instruments to their technical designs and physical operations. Some of my favorite musical pieces are in this Youtube playlist. I have also curated a reading list of technical publications about the design and operation of violins.
